Digital Products – Refund Policy
All logos sold on Logophi.com are unique, one-of-a-kind digital products. Once a logo is purchased, it is automatically removed from our catalog and is no longer available to other customers.
However, in certain cases, we do offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Refund Conditions
We understand that sometimes a change of mind or technical issue may occur. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
The customer agrees to delete all logo files received as part of the order (including AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPG files).
The license to use the logo is fully revoked upon refund.
The logo will be relisted for sale on our platform once the refund is processed.
Refunds will not be granted if the logo has been used commercially, published online, or distributed in any way.
Review Before Purchase
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the logo preview, description, and included file formats before completing a purchase. If you have questions or need clarification about any logo, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Customization Requests
Minor customizations (such as color or text changes) are available free of charge and do not affect the refund policy. These requests can be submitted immediately after purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds may also be considered in the rare case of a duplicate charge or a technical issue that prevents access to the purchased files. Such cases must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
