Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

All logos sold on Logophi.com are unique, one-of-a-kind digital products. Once a logo is purchased, it is automatically removed from our catalog and is no longer available to other customers. Because of the exclusive nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

Review Before Purchase

We encourage all customers to carefully review the logo design, description, and included file formats before completing a purchase. If you have questions about a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Customization Requests

Buyers may request minor customizations (such as color or text changes) at the time of purchase. These requests are handled manually and do not affect the refund policy.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a duplicate charge or technical issue that prevents access to the purchased files. Such cases must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
